@RobSchneider@SFGiants This clown has to latch onto every MAGAt triggering event in a desperate attempt to stay relevant since Sandler kicked him off the teat. And, of course, he's lying. The players were not forced to wear the Pride hat. They could have opted for the standard hat.
@JeffWCarlton That's exactly what they did. The players had the option of the Pride cap or the standard cap. These three clowns chose the Pride cap for the express purpose of writing the Bible verses on them in order to make a statement.
@GManlius11785@Bubblebathgirl@JDVance Except, the SF Giants weren't forcing the players to wear the Pride hat. The players had the option to wear the standard hat. The players chose the Pride hat and altered it. An employer can prohibit such without infringing on First Amendment rights. Learn the facts of the case.
@GManlius11785@Bubblebathgirl@JDVance You're not supposed to answer rhetorical questions. Obviously, McDonald's can control what their employees wear while at work. The First Amendment applies to the government, not private entities, so it wouldn't "be fine." The same applies to MLB, which was my point.
@Bubblebathgirl@JDVance So, you're saying if I work at McDonald's and want to write satanic verses on my uniform, McDonald's should have to allow that? Tell me you don't know jack shit about the First Amendment without saying you don't know jack shit about the First Amendment.
