@united Not only is the flight delayed, but the AC isn’t going to start working until midair because one of the auxiliaries isn’t working! Wth? I paid too much money for this ticket in order to have such problems.

This is the first and last time I fly United Airlines. I’m delayed almost 2 hours because we are waiting on the freaking flight crew. 🤔 What kind of mess is that?!!!!!! United @united
