It has been an AMAZING week at Michigan Avenue! we were recognized for achieving Level 5 status, being named a Reward School, winning the Don Ledford MyMix104.1 Back to School Contest and NOW we have just received word that WE ARE A NATIONAL BLUE RIBBON SCHOOL

5th graders loved active engagement and working in teams to learn the volume of solid figures this week.
The cafeteria supported our learning by providing real life examples of Pop Tarts packed all the way to the top without gaps or overlaps as a real world example.
