@lbbdcouncil @DonnaLumsden can someone attend the footbridge at the end of Erkenwald Rd to do a clear up. There’s various types of human waste needing hosing down. It’s a major health risk as the stairs are a very narrow. I will not add images as it’s quite unsightly.

As a Newham resident with a second registered car, that already pays emissions added to my current permit… Now cannot visit friends and family within Newham without additional charges! Why should I have to pay an emissions charge twice and my car is ULEZ compliant?
