It's kinda annoying seeing a fighting game finally put money and time into its advertising just to see it have the OPPOSITE effect.
Wild that the more SNK works with other companies to collab, the more people actively reject the game. I honestly don't know how to feel about it.
To be positive for a moment, probably the other reason “Our Kryptonite” was my favorite of the Soider-Man/Suoerman book is this moment. Meltzer actually gets it, unlike a lot of others.

On the other hand: making the story canon will piss off a lot of shippers. And I enjoy shippers getting mad.
The Tifa discourse is funny because everyone with an opinion clearly only interacts with half of the relevant games.
You got people who don't play Tekken (or fighting games in general) who don't get it and you got people who don't play FF who dont understand the big deal.
