I applied for a loan on Jijenge Microfinance Bank. Upon approval, I was advised to take a credit policy with Jubilee as part of the process,which I did. Since then, your partner has gone MIA on me

@JubileeInsKE You are a big company and I wouldn't expect you to partner with frauds. So where am I supposed to take the purchased certificate if your partner can't disburse the loan?
Will you refund the 3K i used to purchase the policy since there is no loan being insured?
