@AmazonUK is ridiculous! They’re happy to refund me over £300 if I reorder after a lost shipment, but they apparently can’t refund just under £200 if I order a cheaper variant of an item, despite losing my package and making me wait days for a refund.
@AmazonUK’s platform is a joke, my account & automated phone system says my delivery is coming today, CS rep says tomorrow, and I’ve already had my other order delivered today 🥲 plus no one can tell me where my package is!
@AmazonHelp I’ve now been told by CS rep that I can’t have the unit replaced until Wednesday 26th and that the address hasn’t been changed, so it seems they have even less idea what’s going on this morning, I’m starting to think you never had my package in the first place 🥲
@AmazonHelp Ok, I was able to change the address for attempted delivery tomorrow (Monday) to my work, as I won’t be at the (home) address it was due to come to, other than that no.
@beckiandchris@thisistechtoday It looks like they’ve rehashed/simplified all of the covers over the last few years, since very few of them are the original cover designs from the theatrical releases. I’m guessing it helps them stand out more on streaming platforms!
