@MoosieMusings@AuthorJJenkins Yes, and itβs often harder the more they love you. The pressure to listen and help, even when they know they arenβt mentally healthy enough to take on that extra pain, can be really intense.
@MoosieMusings@AuthorJJenkins Exactly this - itβs a matter of consent and training. Counsellors put themselves out there to listen to othersβ dark thoughts and know how to cope with their trauma. Loved ones do not.
