PSA: avoid @amazon in non-pandemic times for console and game releases such as the #PS5 and just use your local retailers, if possible.

@AmazonHelp How is it customer friendly to let me preorder a PS5, tell me I would have release day delivery, then delay it vaguely by several days with NO day OR time estimate so that I have to rearrange 3 days to wait rather than have it missed or sit on my porch in the cold?

@Bigwig70125760 @crokeyz All tournaments should be held the beginning the day of new set releases with spoilers only happening like 3 days before. Let’s see how good everyone is at actual deck building and playing without long periods of testing and net decking.

@merrytexas @JohnJHarwood Trump consistently stuck in the low 40s for months and months in virtually every poll. So either every pollster in every sample of Americans is completely wrong. Or all Americans in every sample for months are part of conspiracy to lie to pollsters. Or Trump is just in low 40s.

@merrytexas @JohnJHarwood Polls aren’t voters and anything can happen. But narrative of “polls are completely wrong and Trump wins easily!” is completely unfounded. Look at trends in the long run-polls are more often right than wrong. Took massive sampling error in 2016 for Trump to barely make them wrong

Trump then won swing states by <1%

2020 after pollsters have trained their samples on the 2016 higher than expected Trump turnout, which should benefit him: Biden +16%. Yikes.

@TitanSmashMTG I’d like to see the Zendikar cards in a world where Cat/Oven and Fires of Invention exist. The easy take is “iT mAkEs OmNaTh BetTer”. The better take imo is that it opens the door up for a lot more competitive creativity in deck building

@TitanSmashMTG I see that, and Oko seems like the most blatantly egregious design mistake among all banned cards. The correct take might end up being that the only standard card that should actually be banned from the current pool is Oko lol.

@TitanSmashMTG I’m still on team “unban the cards you play tested Zendikar with”.

I think anything short of that will just give rise to a new “broken” deck. The bans are compounding at this point. With rotation, we have a reason to release all the cards and then reevaluate in a month or two.
