They do not have "scientific vaginas", they were born and raised as women before transitioning into men. As in they get surgery to give them penises, not vaginas. Thats why they may menstrate

I don't believe working people should be donating out of pocket to keep libraries up (beyond taxes) but hopefully we keep it running long enough for @NYCMayor to care about the NYC people again. They help communities in countless ways and they save the city money in the long run
