When the Apostle Paul wrote the Philippians to "not be anxious for anything," he was in prison. He had a lot of reasons for anxiety and fear, but he wrote: “The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus' (Philippians 4:7).
