@runners_blue My favourite has to be this one of me taking on the Windermere Marathon which happed to be my first official marathon 😊 it was a great achievement until I collapsed at the finish line and needed some medical attention 🙈

@ViessmannUK Morning,
Are there any issues with your servers as our boiler stopped connecting to the internet yesterday afternoon and we can’t get it to connect any more. Tried everything on the checklist, even a reset on the devices and it still won’t connect. (1/2)

@_katiewebb @cherylwilson04 @PaulAngel @ViessmannUK That is bad. Let’s hope they get it fixed on Monday 🤞 I don’t mind there being a smart system but we really need a manual override at times like this so I don’t have to keep putting the thermostat in the fridge or outside just to get some heat.

@cherylwilson04 @PaulAngel @ViessmannUK Well I didn’t think that would work due to the factory reset but @cherylwilson04, you are a genius. Thank you for that tip. I’ve just put my thermostat in the fridge and the boiler has fired up and the radiators are getting warmer 😊

@cherylwilson04 @PaulAngel @ViessmannUK That’s good. Not knowing what the issue was and not being able to reboot the communication module, I did a factory reset 🙈 not the best move and it won’t communicate with the boiler until the servers are back online and I can pair them back up again.

@cherylwilson04 @ViessmannUK I have managed to get a little bit of heat from the radiators 😊 we had our boiler set to eco mode but you can turn this off on the display. Since turning it off, I’ve had some heat coming through the radiators. It’s not loads but just enough to take the chill off.

@cherylwilson04 @ViessmannUK You’re welcome. I keep trying it but still get the E12 error. Yeah hopefully it will but I imagine they don’t work weekends so a fix isn’t likely until next week. I’m with you on the app. Having to reboot it regularly so I can adjust the heating.

@v0zura @drtshanley @ViessmannUK I was not given any timescales unfortunately. Only response I got was a resolution will be deployed imminently but that was 11:25 yesterday morning. I just wish there was a manual override so we can at least get a bit of heat in the house.
