If you're a streamer looking for a new music widget but sick of getting cucked by Spotify, I started working on a brand new Universal Now Playing widget.
Some key features:
• Works with (almost) any streaming platform — Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, TIDAL, Soundcloud, Amazon Music — probably way more stuff I haven't even tested.
• No Spotify Premium needed, no API garbage — even Spotify free users will be able to use it.
• Supports local music on your PC.
• Multiple themes + customization options
• Sexy accent colors — I learned new tech and will be abusing this design language with all my widgets going forward.
Mansell’s Legos were in the store. He asked them to give him his Legos back. They refused. I get that corporate had the right to seize the store inventory of the delinquent franchisee, that corporate was not a party to the contract, and that Mansell’s cause of action is against the former franchisee (who is broke and judgment proof). I understand why Mansell does not have a valid claim against BAM.
That does not mean that what BAM is doing here is acceptable, or that the public opprobrium being directed at them is unjustified or undeserved. They should give Mansell his Legos back.
The situation with Reckless Ben and Bricks and Minifigs is a really great example about why you never talk to police officers. Not even to be friendly.
Hopefully someone can get this lecture from James Duane on the importance of pleading the fifth... especially when you are innocent.
It will definitely help Ben as he is certain to have a massively successful YouTube career and will have many more police encounters in his life.

The long and short of it is, a man brought his sick father's Lego collection to one of their franchisees. Had a contract with them to sell the Lego set.
Immediately after, the franchise changed ownership. The new owner exploited a legal loophole to keep the set with zero reimbursement for the set's owner. The set is valued between 100k and 200k, something an old man spent his entire life collecting.
Corporate refused to do anything, told them to fuck off basically, and the new owners also told them to fuck off. So the son got a YouTuber who is known for exposing corruption to try and help out. After much pressure, the new owner agreed to hand over the set if they "apologized" for trying to get their Legos back. They apologized. They still refused to hand over the set despite setting up various "meetings" (giving them the runaround for over a week).
So they took it to civil court. No response from the business, default judgement awarded. Went to collect, the entire store was permanently closed - no Legos. So they were forced to sue the new owners directly, as individuals. However the court requires you make a "good faith effort" to settle before accepting.
He made multiple attempts to contact the owners, was ghosted, repeatedly had the police called on him. The police (who heard the full story and said he was "lying" - because B&M is one of their donors) - continuously harassed/intimidated them. Including searching their car for 3 hours for "heroin" they never found, stealing their property (a sign they tried to hang up in public), and arresting them on bullshit charges numerous times.
He was finally able to make his "good faith effort" and it was finally time to serve the papers. Police knew he was there trying to serve them papers - "Uh oh better protect our donors!" - immediately arrested EVERYONE including the process server who was there to witness the papers being served. Charged him with a fucking crime for mentioning the owner's name in a GoFundMe. Tried to hold him without bond. Judge saw what happened, said "this is stupid" and gave him bond conditions. Then police raided his house under suspicion that HE STOLE the Legos, dislocated his arm when he was just standing there motionless, and basically shook everyone down.
On his way home he is told police where there looking for him for a new warrant, with no bond condition yet again, so he fled to Mexico and that's where we're at now.
harassing messages he keeps sending her from different numbers after she blocks him? Yes to that too.
Because this is exactly the kind of behavior people excuse when boys are younger and then act shocked by later.
Teach your sons that rejection is not abuse.
Teach them that “no” is a complete sentence.
Teach them that they are not entitled to someone’s time, attention, body, or affection just because they want it.
And most importantly, teach them that anger and humiliation are not excuses to intimidate, threaten, damage property, or scare someone because they didn’t get their way.
Too many girls are taught how to stay safe while too many boys are never taught how to handle rejection respectfully.
My family never said "I love you" to each other. Immediate family, extended family, nothing. Now I say it to everyone. Even the dude behind the register at QT. "Love you bro, see you soon!"
My cousin dated a man for 3 years and broke up with him. She said the man never said, "I love you" Not even once. Never held her hand first, never made a grand gesture. She saw herself as the only one trying. Years later, she ran into his sister at a mall and they talked for...
This is what local accountability looks like:
In Festus, Missouri, a town of about 14,000 people, the city council quietly approved a $6 billion Ai data center to be built on 360 acres just north of Highway 67.
Residents say they were never properly heard. Meetings were held in private. Documents were released too late. A week after the approval, the town held a regular election. Voter turnout jumped 129 percent.
Every single council member who had voted yes lost in a landslide. A 70-year-old first-time candidate beat an 8-year incumbent by 40 percentage points.
Now a recall petition is circulating to remove the mayor as well. The lawsuit against the city is already filed.
Has your local government ever been held accountable like this? 🔥
The Epstein files are so bad that they gave us a war in the Middle East, $5 gas, hantavirus outbreak, and aliens just to keep us distracted from it
Let that sink in.
Here's the thing. I have personal knowledge on nearly half of DC.
They're ALL perverts.
They ALL fuck their secretaries and congressional staffers. Some openly fuck children.
They ALL lie and most ALL of them are for sale.
If anyone is going to save us, they sure as Hell won't be coming from DC.
It's up to us.
