I delivered with a midwife and I was definitely more so sitting up than lying on my back. She didn’t even bring out those things I see everybody prop their feet on. My mom was so amazed and I pushed Armani pretty quick lol. I will 100% deliver with a midwife again

Natural way of birthing is in the squat position to create a straight downward and out trajectory. NOT lying flat in the back! That is torture 😭. Western medicine is nonsense
