@staffdb66 I want to know too, but some of the big problems seem easily solved and show little respect to adults and children. I think that staff are worried to comment publicly even after they have left. The whole situation is bizarre and I imagine there are many more things to come out

Teachers are leaving in their droves and it’s really not hard to see why. It is so sad when there are incredible teachers who put their all in reduced to following these rules or to leave.

At a time where homeschooling is getting so popular because parents are unhappy that their children are being moulded into replicas we should be listening to reasons why and understanding that education needs to change. The current change is most certainly not for the better.

What middle leader can afford to take such a pay cut to take this job? Meaning that experienced teachers who would be good at this won’t apply.
