Despite serving under a notoriously corrupt regime, there was no single case of corruption tied to Obi or his committee. He worked without pay, turned down all offers of gratification, and left behind a record of absolute integrity.

After accomplishing the task, Obi resigned, refusing to be drawn into the military’s political system. His time was brief, but his impact was lasting. He proved that true leadership doesn’t need a title or tenure, just courage, clarity, and character.

Most schools capitalize on improving IQ level while EQ & SQ are played down.
