This is disappointing & unfair. I paid ₦29,500 for the Z ANC model and expected either:
1️⃣ A direct replacement of the same model, OR
2️⃣ A fair refund/compensation for the price difference, OR
3️⃣ An upgrade/alternative of equal or greater value.
