@Asaassim Secondly people don't follow up to really check if indeed employers are paying their contribution. Some employers can deduct Ssnit but hesitate to make payment especially the private institutions

Ssnit calculation is done solely on the employees' basic salary. So one can be receiving meager salary but would be enjoying other bonuses/allowances which aren't used in the calculation
