I have watched how God uses both of your platforms to perform miracles for people in severe health crises. Today, I am coming to you publicly, completely heartbroken and desperate, begging for your urgent intervention to help save my brother’s life.

My brother, Ahmad Rasheed, is battling a massive and rapidly spreading facial cancer called Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma.

The most unbelievable part of this nightmare is how it started: over two years ago, he felt a sharp toothache after eating a peanut. We thought it was just a minor dental issue. But a pea-sized swelling appeared and never stopped growing. Today, it is a massive 10cm tumor that has taken over the right side of his face.

The video attached to this post was recorded just yesterday. In it, Ahmad narrates his own story and ordeal. I am sharing this so you and the world can look into his eyes, see the genuine reality of our pain, and understand exactly why we are crying out for help.

The physical destruction is devastating. The tumor has completely destroyed his right upper jaw, his cheekbone, and the walls of his right eye socket, pushing his eye outward. It is blocking his airway, making it incredibly difficult for him to breathe. He is living in constant, agonizing pain.

But here is why we are completely out of time: his latest CT scans from the teaching hospital confirm that the cancer has destroyed his frontal bone and is showing early extension into his brain. This is a critical medical emergency. Without immediate, highly complex surgery to remove the mass, this will cause irreversible brain damage or take his life.

Our family has exhausted absolutely everything we have over the last two years paying for endless tests, biopsies, and hospital visits. We have nothing left to fund the life-saving surgery he urgently needs right now.

I am publicly pleading with you both. Please use your voices, your platforms, and your financial assistance to help my brother. My goal is to get a chance to rejoice with my brother again. I do not want to lose him.

To everyone reading: the 49,900 raised yesterday is a beautiful start, but we urgently need continuous donations to get Ahmad into the operating room. His Bolt car was found and his body some kilometers away in Moshongo, Attridgeville just outside Pretoria.

The hijackers were a male and a female.
