I built a scoreboard for the AI race.
One score per lab: model rankings + revenue + valuation + prediction-market odds. Every number has a receipt.
Week 1 and we already have a new #1: Anthropic just took the crown from Google DeepMind. 👑🧵
@aksenHQ@arena Google DeepMind, Meta and https://t.co/SPL0bML20i have no sourced revenue on the board, since Google and Meta don't report their AI labs separately.
So those three are scored only on what exists (models and odds). Google is #1 at 100 without any revenue in its score.
What each AI lab is valued at per dollar of revenue, using my scoreboard's numbers:
xAI: $250B on $30.2B = 8x
Anthropic: $965B on $67.2B = 14x
OpenAI: $852B on $50B = 17x
Mistral: $24B on $1B = 24x
DeepSeek: $51.8B on $1B = 52x
The "cheapest" lab sits #40 on @arena.
@kaiargus Odds are 20% of the score, the same as revenue. The rest: @arena 35%, Artificial Analysis 15%, valuation 10%.
If you think odds are mostly hype, the standings table has a weights panel: set odds to 0 and it re-ranks live.
Anthropic and Moonshot sit 2.5 points apart on Artificial Analysis' index: Claude Opus 5.5 at 57.6 (#1), Kimi K3.1 Pro at 55.1 (#5).
Their valuations on my AI scoreboard: $965B vs $50B. That's 19x.
Either Kimi is very cheap, or benchmarks are a small part of the price.
SemiAnalysis' new GDPx benchmark (206 expert agent tasks): Claude Opus 5.5 leads at 12.0%, Gemini 4 Carbon 10.9%.
My AI scoreboard has it the other way round: Gemini tops @arena and Artificial Analysis (59.4 vs 58.4), so Google is #1.
Chat scores and real work disagree.
It will also tell you "don't switch" when the saving is under 30% or no threshold hits your target. Method and limits: https://t.co/v0D8wmCK9B
Samples aren't stored. Don't paste personal data.
Most "classify this" and "extract that" LLM calls don't need a frontier model. But nobody switches without proof on their own data.
I built a free tool for that: paste 5–25 examples your current model already answered, and see if a cheaper model agrees.

Example from my own bench: 24 inbound messages, "is this a sales lead?"
Sage 2 got 24/24, every answer with confidence above 0.8 or below 0.2. On a messier 10-message set: 10/10.
Small sample, so treat it as a screen, not a sign-off. Savings depend on your model and volume.

Builders: when a platform changes a rule, do you ship a tool for it, or wait to see who it actually hurts?
Creators at 7 to 8M: push volume, move to long-form, or ignore the pool?
I built a free tool for one number YouTube Studio doesn't show: your rolling 90-day Shorts views.
From 1 Feb 2027, that number has to be 10M or more for a channel to get Shorts Creator Pool money that month.
