Event 5 - Fatback Farmers Carry

305lbs per hand, 2 deadlifts, walk 32ft, and repeat! Race for time!

I stressed so much about this event and it turned out to be one of my best events! And helped me secure a top 10 finish at this super competitive competition!

Event 4 - Sandbag over bar

30,35,40,45,50 lbs sandbags over a 15ft bar as fast as you can.

This event was good I was just fatigued and short ha!

Event 3 - Deadlift Ladder
585, 605, 635, 675

I was so pumped for this event. Because I had pulled all these weights before. But after 2 hard grinding events I could not get the 4th bar up ha! But still climbed back up in rankings.

Event 2 - Sandbag Carry for max distance

We had to carry a 300lbs sandbag as far as we could before dropping it. This event was killer on your Lungs and Hamstrings!! And was my weakest event of the day!

Event 1 - Circus Dumbbell Press

I got 5 reps which tied me for 2nd place! This dumbbell weighed 200lbs!

Competed in my 1st strongman competition this past weekend. I placed 8th in the U105kg class that was full of great guys! OSG is full of great competition so placing 8th at regionals was awesome!
