More than happy to give any player coming in a chance and I don't think there is room for sentiment, if Arthur isn't in Parkys plans long term then best for him to move on. I don't think Arthur has as many frailties as some may suggest.

@anon_opin I used to consult with the civil service (I am private sector) and feel quite confident in saying this would be true...if the civil service wasn't riddled with lazy, incompetent navel gazers. There's some really good people in the CS but you have to look hard to find them.
