@SteveBackshall We kept refreshing on both YouTube and Facebook with no success. However, we moved on to watching you on last nights Springwatch instead. Keep up the great work.
@AerLingus Unfortunately my family have been effected by situation.Customer services have been absolutely dreadful.Kept on hold for over 40 mins, flights rebooked incorrectly, family separated, back on hold...we really need to speak to someone that can rebook correctly with some empathy!
