Create revenue, employment, quality control peeps kadhaa, charge small levy on produced goods as govt, enable scaling up for startups without the cost of setting up machines. One machine serves multiple people. Enable income. In no time tuna export Kenyan crotchet designs kali sana to the international market. Concept to wear. But we just want to export labour to Saudi Arabia.
