It was naive in the first place to expect modality and probability to be interdefiniable given they're currently formalized differently. Kripke's conclusions in Naming and Necessity shouldn't have been shocking to anyone imo
Definitely Russell's paradox
Also, I wouldn't call zero probability result a "paradox" (construed as some set of individually compelling but jointly inconsistent statements)
What's your favorite paradox? One of mine is that "zero probability" doesn't mean "impossible". Proof - sample from a Uniform[0,1] distribution! All points have a zero probability, yet you have a sample. But is this really a paradox?
@Havoc_817@_SmileyGee_ ππππππππ why he put in the name of Jesus in the middle of his rebuke
I'm finna start doing that. "That's why I can see yo edge glue....in the name of Jesus. Only thing people should SEE is Jesus, not the glue"
I mis-clicked on one of my 150 open tabs and it happened to be a tab that's been open since 2019 with a paper that has a solution to the exact research problem I've been puzzling over today. This is the moment I've been waiting for and I've decided to never close any tabs again
