@rlpuu @sean_t_barry @manofmatter @Juuhonber Yes, very likely some of the organic fragments cause it. But as to what fragment, or when it happens during reaction with the ozone, is still unknown (to my knowledge)

@rlpuu @sean_t_barry @manofmatter @Juuhonber I dont know if I would call ozone my favorite, but it is certainly interesting to see it reduce metal centers in noble metal ALD. Though ozone does definitely oxidize the organic ligands, so what actually does the reduction is a bit of a mystery 🤔
