@Abomination81@ZeeCaptainRon@BlackthornDF So a cop may do a total of 4-10 hours of actual OT per week, but due to “minimums” they might get paid as if they did up to quadruple that. I wouldn’t want to be a cop, but it can be a lucrative profession.
@Abomination81@ZeeCaptainRon@BlackthornDF In a lot of precincts, OT is insanely inflated due to contract requirements. For example, let’s say a cop is in court because a person challenged his speeding ticket…he may be in court for all of a half hour, but by his contract he might get paid for four hours of OT for that.
@craptain@AlligatorGate@eyojoel77 No he’s not. He’s taking 100% of the risk if the buyer falls through. He’s splitting 50% of the potential profit. The guy asking for the loan is risking zero to make half the profit. Completely reasonable offer by the blue text.
