Its being 8 days. I've sent some ayurvedic medicines to my grandparents. Since 4 days my consignment is stuck at nearby DTDC office. Reason!! local DTDC partner calls and asks to collect it from DTDC centre. @DTDCIndia what's the significance of sending it through speed

After this delivery agent updates own his own that customer denied to receive the package in tracking system Utter disappointment with the service.
