Based on the timing, this photo was taken during the 3rd stamp rations round 1976-1985. The stamp rations would allow you to buy a certain amount of products. You still had to pay for them.

@TheRaccoonCat @SchneeCreations I had a bit different issue, were parking using two parking apps, EasyPark and Apcoa, bought a seasonal ticket at Apcoa and still got 2 parking fines, 800SEK each, EasyPark seemed to work cuz I didnt receive any of these yellow fuckin papers under my wipers
