Not a fan of how everyone's using Claude Design.
Prompting full screens and flows from scratch, and although the output can be fine, it's rarely consistent or useful.
So I looked at my own process and asked where am I getting slow.
Turns out it wasn't at the start. It was at the end 👇
Grok overcomplicated:
1. Take a photo of a building (GPS is captured).
2. Get nearby property listings from data APIs like RentCast.
3. Send the photo and listings to Google Gemini AI.
4. The AI visually matches the photo to the correct building.
5. See all active units, prices, and floor plans.
its literally a weekend project.
every "where did she get that" comment under a fit check is a product hunt waiting to happen

First paying subscriber for Slay today 🥳
Small win, big validation.
Slay lets you paste an IG or TikTok link and virtually try on outfits from the video.
Had free users, but zero revenue.
Started manually reaching out to nano fashion creators instead of relying on ads.
Today it paid off.
Zero to one revenue feels very good.
Now back to fixing conversion.
Just pushed new update for fashion content creators:
Creators can now claim their own posts [same as in manychat], and add affiliate links.
So now, users can try-on their favorite creator style before making a purchase.
Also, if creators claim a post but dont have affiliate links we added atributtion for Amazon, so creators get 100% of our rev share.
BTW. App is free to download and try, happy to get some feedback.
