Even though he votes conservative and so do I, I wouldn’t vote for him at all for Senate. We have a giant problem with Silfab Solar manufacturing solar panels with hundreds of thousands of gallons of very dangerous chemical less than a thousand yards from 2 schools and apparently he was involved in bringing them here and pushing it through approval. The standard American diet is filled with preservatives, dyes, chemicals, seed oils. That’s where a lot of the health issues stem from. I’m not against anyone eating vegetables, but how much of that broccoli you’re eating has been modified to look and taste great while the nutritional value may have gone down.

My wife and I tried the carnivore diet for 30 days and kept going for a while. We eat vegetables here and there and the occasional carby desert but it has helped not only with her inflammation but my blood sugar levels are in a good range

I finally had some carbs and I felt it in my joints for a day or two at least. You retain water with carbs, once you cut them out you’ll be amazed at how good you will feel

@RyanTomasella @akafaceUS My wife has inflammatory arthritis and the carnivore diet helped reduce her symptoms by half. The pain didn’t completely go away but it was much easier to deal with. It doesn’t sound as severe as yours but I would recommend you look into it if you haven’t yet

Just for starters, any government official that used their authority to abuse American citizens in any way should be arrested and publicly tried in a constitutional court of law for all to see. The ones found guilty by a jury should go to prison for the rest of their lives as a warning to others. If you’re entrusted by the people with authority over them, any abuse should receive the harshest penalties.

Leaders in other major institutions that did the bidding of the abusers to enrich themselves and gain power should likewise meet a similar fate.

Transparency on all things the public has a right to know. Over classifying documents to hide them from the public should be a capital crime and should follow the same fate as any guilty abuser.

Then we shrink the government to its most basic functions of defense, law and order, infrastructure, trade and diplomacy and watch them like a hawk. Any small infraction of abuse is dealt with severely in a court of law to ensure compliance with the people.

Once all that is completed and they behave themselves for a decade, the trust will start to come back.
