2025 has been challenging. @Brandwatch is all "Hold my beer, kyk hierdie move" and rolls out the most awful, buggy, backwards, slow, and ugly "up"date when we're just trying to wrap up reports for the year. Thanks for the extra hours of work Brandwatch, much appreciated.
@Brandwatch so all the broken things are still broken and now it seems bulk deleting is broken too.... incannot bulk delete. I select all mentions (2000+) to delete and it only deletes 100??? This is so borked. Please roll back. I can't believe what a mess has been made ๐คฌ

Would itbbe possible to have an option to revert to the old view. This is really a step backwards in terms of working with mentions, everything except removing tags, is worse.
@Brandwatch hello. Sorry to be that guy, but the new mentions interface is really not great. slower experience and very random annoying things, and a major bug. We had 100 mentions selected, and selected to add checked. It applied to all 2848 mentions. Not great at all ๐๐
@Brandwatch If the team is trying to replicate, they should have a few hundred mentions atca minimum. Select all and change sentiment. Then deselect all, and only select 1st 100. Add checked. It will add to all mentions instead of just the 100 that are selected.
...because the checkmarks I so painstakingly adjusted just disappear after a single bulk action, like who would ever need to do 2 bulk actions in a row on the same selected posts ๐ก๐ก๐ก It is absolutely terrible.
@Brandwatch you're probably tired of me now but even simple tasks, selecting 100 mentions, working through, unselecting some doesnt work well. More complex tasks, after above, change sentiment and then check is impossible ๐ค๐คฏ
@Brandwatch Please roll back and get more feedback before this goes live again. So many of these changes make no sense to me or my tram. It has had a marked impact on our ability to do our work โน๏ธ

@Brandwatch Thanks ๐ The tagging issue seems to be resolved but I haven't confirmed the second, where using punctuation in a text search returns no results, even when they are available.
Hi @Brandwatch - just wanted to check with you - it has taken over an hour of waiting for tags to be added to 314 mentions... this can't be normal. It is delaying client work and I have deadlines ๐ฉ
Also, search is now buggy, ever since the interface change. When I search for any mention with an apostrophe, it tells me no results, even when I know there are results e.g. "she's" or "can't" come up empty but they're not. Please can that be fixed. It used to work fine.
@sterkinekor hi, trying to book tickets online for 9 or 10 Aug but not able to select any date after 7 Aug until 30 Aug. Is there an issue or is it because movies will change after 7 Aug?
