Not only would it be an unbelievable event to take part in, it would prove to be an incredible opportunity for car manufacturers to showcase their best.
Perhaps we need to get the greatest 4x4 manufacturers together to fund the whole thing ๐
He states that the UK once had 90%+ income tax for the highest earners in the mid 20th century and that by simply reintroducing this our problems will be solved. The world has changed significantly since the UKโs income tax rate was this high.
In the late 40โs the countries that the wealthy could move to for favourable tax rates were limited. Asia was in pieces. Dubai was a fishing village and most of Europe was destroyed if not under the communist control of the Soviet Union. A move to the USA may have been a viable option but when the UKโs tax rate was 90%+, the US had a rate of 81%.
This isnโt the case today. Technology has only made moving abroad easier and most countries would welcome the wealth of anotherโs.
@harrym_vids Just finished watching it. Great video as usual! I donโt believe that anyone that actually drives a car was involved in the design of the touch button dash. The sooner manufacturers go back to manual buttons the safer weโll all be
