Power star Zak Butters has been CLEARED by the AFL appeals board and his $1500 fine wiped.

Port successfully arguing that an error in law was made because during the original tribunal hearing, jury member Jason Johnson was driving his car to an open for inspection and that therefore the hearing wasn’t conducted fairly as Johnson may have not been able to pay full attention.

However the head of the appeals board says the case should now be tried again.
