@BoatNirvana I am highly disappointed with your service. My earphones got picked on 2nd October 2020 after 2 days of registering complaint. With in a week it will get replace that was the statement given by the person who came to pick earphones.

Now, we are at the end of the month but didn't received earphones yet... We connected to the customer care but they said earphones are out of stock but they are available online. from 16th of October their is no change in tracking status.
