Physio by degree, writer by instinct. I fix backs, crack jokes, poke minds and write about life between patients. Sometimes profound. Often weird. Always human.
Honoured to be part of the World Physiotherapy AWP Regional Conference 2026.
An enriching experience filled with learning, meaningful conversations, and new perspectives on the future of physiotherapy. Grateful to learn alongside professionals shaping the profession.

Being a physio intern means…
you’re still researching how to do research,
while your Guide and Co-Guide are asking,
“So, what’s your research topic?” 💀.
A moment of gratitude, pride, and a little proof that the late nights were worth it.
Honoured to secure 1st Prize in the Cultural Competition at the World Physiotherapy AWP Regional Conference 2026, held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi.
Grateful for everyone who supported, encouraged, and believed in us throughout this journey. Moments like these make the journey even more meaningful.
Here’s to representing physiotherapy not only through our hands, but also through our voice, passion, and creativity. ❤️
Being a cardiopulmonary intern physio means, you auscultate the lungs with full confidence,
then spend the next 5 minutes wondering,
“Was that crackle, or just my imagination?”
POV : you’re having a viva exam and the examiner asks,
Explain aphasia, apraxia, and agnosia in your own words…
And all you can do is literally feel each of them.
POV: Being a physiotherapy student isn’t easy.
Just imagine writing the pathogenesis of Atelectasis, Bronchiectasis, Bronchiolitis, and chronic Bronchitis in the same exam
And somewhere in the middle of the exam you feel your brain has developed ARDS.
Baad mein?
Baad mein mujhse milne k liye appointment lena hoga.
Baad mein mujhse milne ke liye OPD slip ke saath aana padega.
Baad mein meri consultation ke charges lagenge.
This year onwards, Physiotherapy admissions are based on NEET scores…
and apparently the NEET paper itself went on a community outreach program before the exam. 💀
