What a historical time we had at Rooms and Roundtables III: The Leaders' Convening! This is purpose. This is impact. This is history.

Leaders from across Nigeria gathered under one roof, not to chase titles or exchange motivational quotes, but to wrestle with the real questions of leadership, systems, and the future.

We called it The Leaders’ Convening because that’s exactly what it was: a room full of doers, thinkers, and dreamers.

We had six powerful conversations, each one practical, grounded, and deeply local yet globally relevant. From Global Citizenship and Social Impact, to AI and the Future of Work, Governance and Systems Thinking, Economic Leadership, and Storytelling and Visibility. Every session stretched perspectives and stirred something lasting.

Our speakers (Oluwatoyin Banjo, Tolulope Makinwa-Adeniyi, Oluwasegun Ojo, Juliet Ezumba, Favour Yusuf, and Akan Imoh) gave their best: depth, clarity, and truth. And the leaders in the room? They showed up like the present and future Africa deserves; engaged, curious, and ready to collaborate.

By the end of the day, we had begun work on five major roundtable policy themes; ideas that will grow into a policy document to be shared with industry leaders and decision-makers.

It was a dream realized, one built on collaboration, vision, and the belief that the right rooms can change everything.

To every speaker, partner, and leader who showed up: thank you for believing in what @RoomsandRtables for. We’re building something truly special, one room at a time.

When I started Rooms and Roundtables, the goal was simple; to create a space where brilliant young leaders could have real conversations that inspire action, not just talk.

Three editions later, that dream has grown into something truly special and significant.
