Morning reminder ☀️
You don’t have to have everything figured out today.
Take the next step, do what you can, and keep moving.
Progress is still progress, even when it’s slow. ❤️
Good Morning X!
Saturday thought:
Some days are for chasing goals, some are for slowing down and enjoying the little things. Either way, I’m grateful to be here, learning, growing, and becoming a little better than I was yesterday. 🤍
Happy Saturday lovelies 🌸
X is changing how creators earn from their content, and if you’re building an account, you should pay attention.
From September 8, the new Original Content Rewards Program is expected to replace the old Creator Revenue Sharing program.
The new requirements shown by X include:
• X Premium, Premium+ or Premium Business
• At least 500 verified followers
• At least 500,000 verified Home Timeline impressions within 90 days
• Being 18+ and in a supported country
One important change: replies do not count toward the 500K verified Home Timeline impression requirement.
So if you’re building an account for monetization, don’t rely entirely on replying under other people's posts.
Create original content that people actually want to read, share and return to.
Your posts now matter more than simply being everywhere in the replies.
The lesson?
Build an audience around something you genuinely know or care about. Give people a reason to follow YOU, not just a reason to notice your replies.
The new system may actually favour creators who build recognizable personal brands and consistently produce original content.

But ONE secret habit was quietly destroying his brain & heart every single day:
Good morning mutuals, It’s Saturday.
May today bring you peace, clarity, good news and a reason to be grateful.
Whatever you’re working on, keep going. Small progress is still progress.
Have a beautiful Saturday.
•Her blood pressure is completely normal at home.
•But anytime she comes to the clinic, it skyrockets to ≥140/90 mmHg.
•She goes back home and it's completely normal again.
There's actually a medical explanation for this.
According to the American Heart Association (AHA):
"One of the best known indicators of heart health for the average person is blood pressure, which is easy to monitor at home. Understanding your blood pressure numbers is key to controlling high blood pressure."
