He was abducted in Nairobi on his way to print press statements meant to call out Museveni's and Samia's dictatorial regimes over the illegal detention of East African opposition leaders.

Mulinge was held incommunicado for days before being dumped in Mlolongo tortured.

منجم منطقة شمال الوادي ولاية نهرالنيل السبت الموافق 10اكتوبر 2026م حوالي الساعة الثامنة صباحا بتوقيت السودان حيث اجرت المنظمة مقابلات مع ٣ من الضحايا وشهود عيان افادوا ان خلال الفترة(٧،٨،٩ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦م )قامت حوالي ٢ طائرات عسكرية مصرية انتوف بعمليات استطلاع واستكشاف في منجم منطقة شمال الوادي في الصباح والمساء علما بأن المنطقة تأوي حوالي ١٢ الف من الشباب السودانين من ختلف اقاليم السودان يعملمون في الذهب منذو ٣ اعوام، في صباح السبت هاجمت ٢ طائرة عسكرية تابعة للجيش المصري المنجم بعدد حوالي ٩ قنابل كان معظم المعدنين ينتالون الشاي والبعض نيام ادي مقتل حوالي ٢٠٠ شخص وجرح ١٢٠اخرين تم نقل المصابين إلي منطقة الأنصاري لتلقي العلاج بينما نزح حوالي ١٠ الف شخص إلي منطقة ادروب ،كذلك اعتقل الجيش المصري حوالي ١٣ من المعدنين الي داخل الأراضي المصرية لم يعرف مصيرهم حتي الان

يعاني النازحين من ظروف إنسانية قاسية سيرا علي الاقدام خوفا من الطيران المصري .

تدين المنظمة الانتهاك المصري المتكرر لسيادة السودان وقتل الشعب السوداني في مناجم الذهب، تطالب المنظمة سلطة بورتسودان بقيادة البرهان التحرك العاجل لوقف الاعتداء المصري علي السودان، تناشد المنظمة مجلس الامن الدولي باتخاذ خطوات عاجلة وفعّالة لوقف استهداف الطيران المصري للشعب السوداني.
