You never truly know how hard depression can get until you’re deep in it. Like on the brink of actually moving through with suicide.
It’s scary. I hope I make it through.
our relationship with our bodies shouldn't feel like a chore. find a workout that you absolutely love, foods that give you energy, a skin-care routine that feels beautiful. taking care of ourselves is a luxurious feeling.
I really hate that I get these random waves of depression. Cus when ppl ask me what’s wrong I genuinely can’t explain. I just don’t want to be bothered.
My 14 year old cousin demanded an apology from a teacher who threw her sketch pad to the floor & the school called her parents saying she was rude. Fortunately her parents arent around, so i get the privilege of going to speak to the principal about respecting children tomorrow🙂
This year redefined the meaning of a friend for me. Yeah we get along. Yeah we have stuff in common. Yeah we have a good time together but can we create a real, long-lasting bond? If shit goes sour, could I talk to you and not feel bad about it later?
@maia_moha @jiggyjayy2 My thoughts exactly. It’s not always about the money considering Gabby makes her own. She’s getting older she probably feels she won’t find anyone else she aligns with and doesn’t want to age alone. Who knows.
It’s time to drop the dead weight. Solidify your connections. Make new ones. Be honest with yourself about what you need and actively choose it everyday. It’s time to know who you want to be and become that person for yourself.
