Like I hope y’all are seeing Amazon in real time trying to make it seem like it is not their fault when multiple people are telling me it is Amazon fault and they can’t do nothing about it but wait
@AmazonHelp I would rather take honesty honestly I work in a field, where if you’re not honest, it can literally cost you your job and you can go to jail, so please be honest with me
@AmazonHelp And is there a reason why it’s always a different person responding back to me I met Tracy Margaret and now you do y’all just take turns and answer as they come in or do y’all get fed up and pass me off because it feels like y’all don’t wanna deal with me and just passed me off
@AmazonHelp Can you show me proof on your end that y’all sent a message at that time because none of the messages on my end has that timestamp and all of them literally says to wait for my order on October 4 I checked both my email and the Amazon email that y’all make it hard to access
Like why can I not make a review warning people so y’all can do it to the next customer like come on and if it’s not y’all fault then who is it because I even have it in writing that the seller said to contact Amazon because it’s their fault
That’s why I’m mad if someone just spend their time and own up to the mistake that they made on their end with my order I will feel a lot better but it’s the fact that everyone is shutting me up saying oh I understand how you feel when they clearly don’t
@amazon since this is the only way I get actual answers and replies from the company. Can y’all explain to me why community guidelines do not allow reviews about deliveries being delayed but my delivery is being delayed because it’s Amazon’s fault itself according to customer rep
@AmazonHelp I responded to multiple emails sent to me by y’all. I don’t know what you’re talking about. I will literally show you my proof of response because the last response was given to me literally said too bad wait.
@amazon like why can I not warn people about what y’all are putting me through as a customer because your representative literally said y’all supplied and shipped this product
On top of that the seller to the bag I purchased literally said y’all supply it and send it out but somehow customer service people is telling me the bag is not in stock and that it is Amazon fault so talk to me what’s really going on
I genuinely disagree that it’s misleading because like you said and y’all emailed to me that everyone experiences deliveries different but that’s the problem. I should not have to wait for a bag I bought a month ago while everyone else gets their bag in the mail on prime
And no confirmation email or none of that just constant run around a to be told either wait or cancel of I’m really that upset as if I don’t want what I literally purchased
@amazon how do y'all let a seller refuse shipment to a purchased item and still allow them to sell that item? I used Prime for an order that keeps getting pushed back but have active reviews. I am told its at the fulfillment center but still can't get it like @amazon 🤬
@amazon proof that yall can reps be making stuff up and led me to believe yall have my order but have a whole other convo that’s says the item is not in stock like cant make this up
Business 101: changing reps does not exhibit help, it shows that someone doesn't want to deal with an issue and is ready to move on b/c how can you tell me about my own experience that you haven't went through?
