> Ice appeared in bro's fridge.
> Bro started calling it shivling.
> People flocked to see it.

Bro knows religion is the most profitable business in India.
@PhilipPanass@TariqAli_News@PhilipPanass What was the solution suggested ? I didnt find much of anything except same rhetorical proposition of autonomy, blah blah blah
@NidaSadiq_ He wants HRDs working in extremely hostile environments to be ‘factually correct’ in order to have a chance to be heard by public. But he forgets khalra is already khalra and does not need Kans Mama’s nephew’s stamping of approval.
exactly what you need in a 'human' rights defender! how did it skip the script? two possibilities, a deliberate distortion, or confirming what i said about 'only a bollywood script writer', a simple google search was too much, moral superciliousness combined with bad work ethics.
Pahalgam cloudburst: A female #tourist from Nagpur said she and 11 others were rescued by local hotel staff during the cloudburst.
Praising their courage and #Kashmir's hospitality, she appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to recognise and honour the staff for their bravery
For the first time, in a ‘long time’, state & its apparatus are chosen as a subject of a movie instead of regular depiction of people without agency & it seems to have unnerved the objective journalists. For heaven’s sake, what’s objective journalism when kans mama is the killer?
Is Satluj a "well-made" movie or "propaganda" for a political cause?
@MnshaP, @AbhinandanSekhr, @Shardool_, joined by @HartoshSinghBal critique the portrayal of Jaswant Singh Khalra and the danger of distorting historical facts.

University of Kashmir registrar confirmed orders to remove books with “anti-national content”. “We have asked departments to identify any book against national interest,"

@TabishMattoo How do they manage to cover costs and make profits if they are promoting low budget packages. Very curious to understand the rationale here.
Wonder which verses were recited for Mehbooba Mufti ? What symbolism was exercised in case of the ex-Chief Minister who spearheaded Kashmir’s ‘pellet blinding’ campaign to stay in power.

Ali Khamenei lies in state in Tehran as #Iran begins a week of funeral ceremonies. Foreign delegations file past the coffins of the slain Supreme Leader and members of his family. Each delegation is escorted into the hall by a brief military march. Then there is a short recitation from the Quran.
Perhaps it is merely a coincidence or perhaps an intentional message from #Iran to the Saudi delegation, but the verses selected for their arrival are striking. They carry an obvious pointed symbolism.
The passage alludes to the Battle of Badr, fought on March 13, 624 CE, near present-day Saudi Arabia. There, the Prophet Muhammad led roughly 313 Muslims against a Meccan force of about 1,000. Despite being vastly outnumbered, the Muslims secured a decisive victory, which Islamic tradition attributes to divine intervention.
The verses read:
"There was certainly a sign for you in the two armies that met in battle: one fighting in the cause of Allah and the other denying Him. The believers saw their enemy as twice their number, yet Allah strengthens with His support whom He wills. Surely in this is a lesson for those with insight."
People should take retirement age seriously, and not allow oldies access to public platforms and decision making. They have no spine to stand up to anything, forget power. They only know how to bow. What a shame !
@Iqbalomania His parents should be proud of a child who is able to speak his mind and question power. Otherwise our society and its institutions are hell bent on propagating and promoting servitude.
Radhika ambani on feminism:-
" I have grown up in matriarchy and I were married into matriarchy, india was in general a very matriarchy country until the British came, if you look at
"namah Parvati patiyeh har har Mahadev", Mahadev is husband of Parvati, "Anjani putra pawan sutt naama", hanuman is son of a Anjani, all of our gods were known as the sons of mother not of fathers"
Why do all Elites and rich people lack knowledge and sense?😭
