Over the past few days, our colleagues across the Group have proudly taken part in Remembrance Day parades, services, and community events - honouring those who have served and sacrificed.

From Ipswich to Aldershot, Durham to Chivenor, and Coningsby to Tidworth, colleagues laid wreaths, joined parades, supported poppy appeals and helped prepare and decorate memorial spaces. We also enjoyed a Remembrance performance by one of our partner charities, the @MWChoirs , at a joint strategy away day with The Hyde Group.

Special thanks to those who volunteered, cleaned, and stood alongside veterans, families, and serving personnel in moments of reflection.

To commemorate Armistice Day 2025, our dedicated grounds maintenance team, working on behalf of @CastlePointBC , created a stunning poppy display at Benfleet Station as a tribute to the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country. We began this initiative in 2020 as a way to honour the fallen and show our respect.

Mark Wells, Area Manager, Pinnacle Group, said: “It’s become a meaningful tradition for us at Pinnacle and something we take great pride in delivering. We’re grateful to Castle Point Borough Council for supporting the idea from the beginning and allowing us to continue this gesture of remembrance.”

🚨 Myatts Field Team tackles home emergency 🚨

Our team at Myatts Field North recently responded to assist a resident whose struggles with clutter and organisation hindered urgent leak repairs. The resident has been in a nursing home for two years and was planning to return home soon. Unfortunately, this coincided with a significant leak from the property above, resulting in flooding throughout the home.

With two inches of water and a developing mould issue, our team took swift action to salvage the resident’s belongings and move them into storage. 📦💪

Despite challenging conditions, Area Manager Alexandra Agudelo and the team effectively coordinated the removal process. The situation was difficult, involving strong odours, standing water, insects, and rodents. Undeterred, our team cleared the living room and part of the kitchen to facilitate necessary repairs, which were completed successfully. 🛠️✨

The dedication demonstrated by Alexandra and the team truly embodies our company values. A huge thank you to everyone involved in this effort.

In an inspiring move to protect our oceans, John Gambrill, our ESG Champion for the North London Schools contract, recently joined forces with his partner, Lissa Ramos, who is based in Hong Kong to turn our environmental vision into action.

John discussed Pinnacle Group's numerous activities and initiatives under our ESG Framework with Lissa, and together they organised a beach clean-up day. Lissa and her team came together and filled 18 refuse bags of waste at Sheung Sze Wan, Clearwater Bay, Hong Kong, making it a great success.

Huge thanks to John and Lissa for spreading the word, and to all involved for making a difference in protecting our planet.

🌟 Exciting News!

Pinnacle Group is thrilled to announce that we have raised an additional £2,300 for the @ForgetMNotChild Charity through our latest charitable initiatives!

Since partnering with Forget Me Not in 2018, we've been committed to supporting their incredible work. Our recent efforts included a Christmas party raffle at our Morley office and an inter-departmental office raffle with amazing prizes like concert tickets, a signed football shirt and more!

These initiatives were a huge success, and we couldn't have done it without the generous donations from our contractors and the hard work of our team.

A huge well done to everyone involved! Together, we’re making a difference. 🙌
