I think often about how if the universe is infinite — I don't believe it is, but for the sake of argument — there is a non-zero chance there's another version of me typing this tweet.... if the universe is infinite there are actually infinite versions of me typing this.

And not just probably— any region of space can only hold so many possible configurations of matter, which means infinite space has to repeat every configuration.

That also means there's infinite versions of you reading this, of our planet ... of everything.
