A Black professor in Maryland is suing an appraisal company, saying they valued their home $300K MORE after they had a white man stand in for the appraisal.

Nathan Connolly removed family photos and had a white man stand in for a second appraisal, which valued the house nearly $300K higher than the first estimate. This exact same thing happened to a San Francisco family 3 years ago.
