@ProfDBernstein This is only a good point if you assume that Israel isn't targeting civilians, which they demonstrably are. You're obsessed with assuming a conclusion despite evidence to the contrary. Your inability to engage with reality is why you're losing the battle of public support
@hellspatisserie I have literally made a discord server for this lol. Just a whole bunch of trans people writing reviews for different doujins and porn games we like.
@ProfDBernstein "trying to portray as cartoonishly evil" is an interesting way of framing "noticing the things that they're saying and doing"
Like, there's a reason that the USA wasn't accused of genocide during Iraq and Afghanistan but Israel is.
@ProfDBernstein Please stop sharing this article. It's not well written and whenever someone explains why you just stick your fingers in your ears. It's genuinely just embarrassing, like you're getting off on having people yell at you.
@ProfDBernstein This is very simple to answer. You and I both live in the USA, and the USA gives billions of dollars in weapons and aid to Israel to facilitate what they do. We don't do that for China. Therefore the USA is complicit in what Israel does but not with what China does. EASY!
@ProfDBernstein I spend my energy attacking Jewish nationalism because the USA, the country I live in and can (notionally) influence the actions of, send exorbitant amount of weapons and military aid to Israel that they don't send to Palestinians. It's an asymmetrical issue
@ProfDBernstein@LucreDenouncer@AnnelleSheline David, people keep on rebutting it and you keep on ignoring them. Not sure why people should keep on educating you on why your reasoning is flawed if you're just going to keep going "nuh uh" and continue posting it everywhere.
@ProfDBernstein You’re not refuting the argument; you’re assuming the conclusion. The question is whether Israel’s conduct is genuinely “incompatible” with genocidal intent. Warnings, limited aid, pauses, or stated military objectives do not automatically negate intent when the broader pattern
@ProfDBernstein 1. " Among my favorite responses" is a depraved way to describe a video of a kid being shot. What is wrong with you?
2. Teens do in fact fall under the category of children. We get that you're a libertarian, but try to keep that opinion to age of consent laws instead
@mayonaisandgin@ProfDBernstein You must find love in your heart, a belief in the inherent goodness of humanity, and a willingness to not believe obviously wishcasted propaganda
@ProfDBernstein@ChrisVanHollen Hamas disarmament is in the second phase of the Gaza Peace Plan. Israel still hasn't delivered its obligations in the first phase. Not sure why you think Hamas would stick to a deal that the other party hasn't stuck to.
@ProfDBernstein 3. Israel is not bound by its rules of engagement, it both can and has ignored them when it wants to, as you have acknowledged before. You cannot cite rules of engagement as a defense if they are not uniformly applied.
@ProfDBernstein 1. Every time the genocidal intent of people like Ben-Gvir, and those like him in power, is brought forward you do special pleading.
2. By its own admission, Israel blocked food and medicine from entering Gaza for months and prevented Palestinians from securing it by other means
@ProfDBernstein I promise you, I still care about Gaza and about what Israel is doing to the people there. You're the one who's arguing that it doesn't matter and isn't worth talking about.
@ProfDBernstein It's extremely funny when libertarians act as though a minimum wage is some untested radical idea with unknown ramifications rather than an effective policy which simply hasn't been updated for 20+ years.
