As a baker, I can never replicate another baker’s work exactly.
Even if I use their design as a reference, I must add my own twist to make it uniquely mine.

That’s what creativity is about inspiration, not photocopying.

[Rachyl @_Rachyl]

The truth is, everyone draws inspiration from someone. I don’t like to use the word copy because a truly creative person doesn’t just lift someone’s work from A to Z , they take inspiration and then add their own twist to it.

If you’ve ever fasted before, did you notice any changes in how you felt? I’d love to hear your experience. 💬

Fasting is not SPIRITUAL…🤦🏽‍♀️

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on fasting, not just from a spiritual angle, but also how it affects our body and mind.

Fasting, when done intentionally, truly helps you reset. It gives your body a break, clears your head,

[Rachyl @_Rachyl]

It’s not about starving — it’s about being intentional with your body, being mindful and giving it room to heal.

It’s amazing how a simple pause from food can bring so much balance — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
