Ordered from @wowmomo via @zomato – momos & sauce were stale and smelling rotten. No proper support option on Zomato to report food safety issues. I paid in full but got unsafe food.
There is also no way to speak to @zomatocare to explain them this problem.
Totally unacceptable!

I order a food from zomato, the restaurant was KFC

The delivery guy ran away with my food and I kept shouting he did not return.
I called customer support they connected the call but delivery guy disconnect
