I see this pattern from the people who joined Google again and again...

1. A linkedin post announcing they are joining Google and how proud they are for that achievement.

2. One month later, a linkedin post explaining how they practiced Leetcode and DSA

3. Another LinkedIn post, with old and new photos of them and how they went from poor to rich.

4. Starts YouTube channel, makes videos on System Design.

5. Posts a video on How is a day in the life of a developer at Google.

6. Posts a video on Why is it important to work on something that inspires you.

7. After a few months later, they quitely leave Google and join a startup or a mid-sized company.

8. Starts publishing few videos on System Design that starts with "As an ex-Googler,...".

9. Become a professional System Design course creators.

10. Parallelly posts videos on "finding the purpose of life", "software design is all about people", "Money can't buy you happiness", etc topics.

I wonder what Google is doing to them that turns software engineers into philosophers or motivational speakers 🤔
