@EurekaForbes Service request was raised on 31st Jan and it's been 16 days and yet no one from Eureka Fobres is able answer why its not completed or by when it will be done.
All I get in reply is "Your complaint CM-310125-44213411 is open and will be addressed in 24 hours."
@EurekaForbes@EurekaForbes Well, no updates has been provided till now and nobody in your customer service has any idea of whats going on. They only have one response, "we are esaclating it and it will be resolved soon" and its been 18 days with exact same response.
@JioCare Well it seems @JioCare replies only once and thereafter don’t even bother to check if any resolution was provided. 7 days gone still no resolution/update.
@HPIndia Raised a warranty dispute ticket on 7thJan n it showed msg that I'll get update within 1 business day.Only got mail with subject 'Case Number 5025549194 has Been Created CRM:0000498003330' on 7th but no update after that. Is there any way to check status or helpline no.

@BlueDartTweets WayBill No : 35235952430. I got msg saying package is out for delivery but later in the evening when I checked status says 'Need Department Name/Extention Number'. I didn't get any delivery attempt call and expected delivery date was of 29th of May.

@flipkartsupport in order details color of product is clearly mentioned (see img) bt ur rep says its under no return policy n product can't be returned.So according to ur return policy u will send anything n it won't be returnable.Great...Never faced such issue with @AmazonHelp
